Kathleen Sweeney

Kathleen Sweeney has extensive experience in financial management, serving as Financial Controller at O’Neill & Brennan since January 1997, where responsibilities include managing monthly accounts, financial reporting, credit control, accounts payable, and payroll. Previously, as Finance Manager, Kathleen prepared financial reports, reconciled accounts, and oversaw payroll for over 1,200 employees, while also managing credit control operations. Early career as Office Manager involved overseeing all financial aspects and staff development within a rapidly growing company. Prior freelance experience as a Payroll Consultant included implementing payroll systems and providing training and support for various companies. Kathleen completed education at the Irish Tax Institute in 2014 and holds qualifications from London City & Guilds.
