Neri Carmi brings a wealth of experience in materials compliance and inspection, currently serving as a Special Inspector at O'Neill Service Group since October 2016. Previously, Neri held the same title at Mayes Testing Engineers, Inc. from March 2012 to October 2016. Neri's background includes roles at TDHS as HOH, and at HWA and psi as a Geological/Material Technician/Special Inspector. Neri has demonstrated expertise in conducting various ASTM standards tests, such as unit weight, slump, and air tests on fresh concrete, as well as nuclear density testing and laboratory soil analysis. Neri's experience includes leading projects and creating comprehensive reports to monitor job progression and compliance.
