Samantha Cote is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as an Environmental Specialist 3 at the Washington State Department of Ecology since October 2023. Prior to this role, Samantha worked as an Environmental Scientist with O'Neill Service Group from May to September 2023, and held multiple positions at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection from June 2021 to March 2023, including Environmental Specialist I, Operations Analyst I, OPS Environmental Specialist I, and intern. Samantha holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management in Agricultural Studies and Natural Resources from the University of Florida, completed in May 2023, and an Associate of Arts degree from Florida State University, awarded in May 2018.
