William Jordan is an experienced Environmental Manager with a career spanning several significant roles in both public and private sectors. Currently employed at O'Neill Service Group since September 2014, William focuses on environmental management for various Sound Transit and WSDOT projects. Prior to this, William served as an Environmental Manager at HNTB from July 2006 to 2014, contributing to key initiatives such as the Sound Transit East Link and the Seattle SR 99 Bored Tunnel Project. William's expertise extends to managing environmental aspects of the I-405 Corridor Project. Earlier positions included Environmental Project Manager at Michael Baker Corporation, Air Quality Manager and Biological Resources Manager at the Texas Department of Transportation, and State Implementation Plan Manager at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. William holds a BA in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin and an MS in Ecology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
