Being a certified USCG 25 Ton Master Captain with over 400 days on the water, Jesus is primarily in charge of marine operations at the Florida site. Having experience in various fields such as mechanics, carpentry, plumbing, and more he manages maintenance and helps in the deployment of the buoys.
