Crystal McCullough

Crystal McCullough is an experienced program manager currently serving at OneLegacy since January 2023. Prior to this role, Crystal worked as an administrative coordinator at Oregon Health & Science University, where responsibilities included coordinating program support for clinical staff and managing budgetary proposals. Previous positions include mortgage servicing at Cenlar FSB, an administrative assistant at Gateway Center for Domestic Violence providing advocacy and client support, and various roles in youth employment and internships focused on utilization management and primary care at Northwest Permanente P.C. Crystal also served as an academic tutor and on-campus coordinator for Friends of the Children, demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring skills. An alumnus of Reed College, Crystal holds a degree earned between 2015 and 2019.
