Cynthia Perley is the current CFO at Onelegacy. Cynthia previously worked as the Executive VP of Operations/CFO at Hathaway-Sycamores Child & Family Services from January 2011 to December 2015. Cynthia is responsible for leading the strategic planning, development and leadership of the entire corporate finance and operations area. Cynthia has experience in financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, accounting, payroll, tax, cash management, budgeting, internal/external reporting, contract negotiations, billing, Information Technology, Electronic Health Records System, food services, housekeeping, maintenance and facilities management. Under their leadership, the organization’s revenue grew from $42 million to $52 million within 36 months. Cynthia has also been recognized as an industry leader in data analytics and analysis. Cynthia has successfully increased contract maximization of the largest funding source which represented 75% of agency’s revenue from utilization of 89% to 92% over 36 months, representing an additional $1.2M in revenue. In addition, they have selected and implemented new payroll system, new Electronic Health Record system, and new mileage reimbursement system resulting in simplified and streamlined procedures and functions, strengthened internal controls, improved efficiency and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and increased user satisfaction.

Cynthia Perley completed a BBA in Accounting from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business and an MS in Healthcare Policy & Administration from Mercer University. Cynthia also has a certification from the Georgia State Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant.

Cynthia Perley reports to Prasad Garimella, CEO. They work with Jesse Bravo - Director, Tissue Operations, Elizabeth Reid - VP, Clinical Operations, and Aaron Cheng - General Counsel & VP, Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance.
