Mona Ali

Mona Ali is a Senior Department Specialist at Teleperformance since June 2021. Prior to this, Mona held the position of Assistant to CEO and Team Leader/Product Knowledge Trainer at OneLink Contact Center since August 2014. Mona Ali graduated from the Faculty of Arts at Cairo University in 2014.
