Chelsea Schott

Chelsea Schott has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Chelsea began their career at Best Buy as a Computer Senior and Media Senior. In 2010, they joined Ascend Performance Materials as a Logistics Sourcing Coordinator and Order Fulfillment Specialist. In 2015, they moved to Alight Solutions (formerly Aon Hewitt) as a Workforce Administration Delivery Analyst. In 2018, they were promoted to Data Analytics Manager and HCM Senior Analyst at Alight Solutions. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as Customer Success Lead at One Model.

Chelsea Schott obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Sam Houston State University in 2009, majoring in International Business. Chelsea also holds two certifications from the Department of Transportation and the International Air Transport Association, both obtained in September 2012, for DOT HazMat Transportation Certified and IATA HazMat Certified, respectively.
