Kelley Kirkpatrick

Kelley Kirkpatrick has over 18 years of professional experience. Kelley began their career in 2002 as a Senior Consultant at SuccessFactors. In 2008, they joined the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services as a Senior Consultant. During their time there, they were responsible for strategic HR reporting, policy and procedure review, workforce planning toolkit and data review, ad-hoc data manipulation, analysis and reporting, and design and implementation of workplace survey framework. In 2010, they joined the Queensland University of Technology as a Planning and Quality Officer, Project Officer, and Project Officer. In 2012, they became a Consultant at On the Cusp. In 2015, they joined Presence of IT as a Project Manager and Principal Workforce Analyst. In 2018, they worked for On the Cusp Careers as a Career Buddy (CV Supercharge Challenge Mentor) and for the Australian Government Department of Human Services as a HR Business Analyst. Currently, they are working at One Model, Inc as a Customer Engagement - Analytics.

Kelley Kirkpatrick attended Kelvin Grove State High School from 1988 to 1992. Kelley then went on to Griffith University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Australian Environmental Studies from 1993 to 1996. Kelley also obtained a Certificate IV in Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management.
