Paul is the VP of Hardware Technology at oneNav. With 35 years experience in the satellite communication industry, Paul has designed and developed numerous GNSS mobile positioning platforms. He helped pioneer SnapTrack’s mobile GPS platform, the first GPS technology to be deployed in cell phones. Paul led the design and development of 9 generations of GNSS product platforms at Qualcomm. Over a 17-year period, Paul’s mobile GNSS designs have shipped in over 10 billion mobile devices. Paul earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Tech, and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Paul continued his extensive education in circuit design, signal processing and communication systems through advanced graduate courses at Stanford and Santa Clara University. Paul has authored 7 patents in the GNSS field.
