Anne Billingsley

Anne Billingsley is an experienced professional in government affairs, currently serving as Director of Government Affairs at ONEOK since April 2012, having previously held the position of Manager of Government Affairs within the same company. Prior to this, Anne was Chief of Staff for State Representative Connie Scott from January 2011 to March 2012. Additional experience includes serving as Manager of Legislative Relations at the Texas Legislative Council and as a Policy Analyst in the Office of Speaker Tom Craddick. Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Oklahoma, obtained in 2005.
