Elizabeth Goolsbay has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Elizabeth began their career as an Accounting Clerk at Aerial Data Service, Inc. in 1979 and held additional positions as a photogrammetrist and draftsman. In 1984, they worked as a Consultant at Comfort Computer Consulting, Inc. before moving on to Tempo Television as a Systems Engineer in 1986. Goolsbay then joined McDonnell Douglas as a Business Programmer in 1987, where they specialized in custom development using ADABAS Natural. From 1991 to 1993, they worked as a Consultant at Coopers & Lybrand.

In 1993, Goolsbay started working at Alliance Coal, LLC and held various roles such as Sr Systems Analyst, Sr Systems Consultant, and ITS Applications Manager. Elizabeth was responsible for designing and developing custom applications, as well as supporting Oracle Applications. In 2010, Goolsbay became the General Manager of ITS Applications and Organization Services at Alliance Coal, where they led a team supporting packaged applications such as Oracle Financials and HR/Payroll.

Goolsbay joined TEKsystems in 2011 as a Project Manager assigned to Williams Energy. Elizabeth then moved to ONEOK in 2012, where they held multiple positions, including Sr. Development Analyst, Manager of Corporate Applications, and Director of Corporate Applications. Their most recent roles at ONEOK include Director of Enterprise Project & Process Enablement and Director of Project Enablement and Corporate Applications.

Throughout their career, Goolsbay has demonstrated a strong background in project management, application development, and optimization. Elizabeth has extensive experience with Oracle applications, risk management, document management, and land management. Goolsbay's work history showcases their ability to adapt to different industries and roles, highlighting their versatile skillset and expertise.

Elizabeth Goolsbay obtained a Master's Degree in Organizational Dynamics/Project Management from the University of Oklahoma, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems with a field of study in Computer Science from The University of Tulsa, which they attended from 1981 to 1985. Elizabeth also holds certifications in Crucial Conversations Instruction from VitalSmarts and in Critical Thinking from Pearson TalentLens, obtained in 2019 and 2012 respectively.
