James Taiwo Akingbola

James Taiwo Akingbola has extensive work experience in the energy industry. James Taiwo began their career in 2008 as a Field Engineer at Oklahoma Natural Gas Company, where they worked until 2011. James Taiwo then transitioned to the role of Pipeline Engineer until 2013. In 2013, Akingbola joined ONEOK as a Project Manager, overseeing pipeline and infrastructure projects in North Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming. James Taiwo later served as a Regional Engineer and Engineering Supervisor before being promoted to Director of Engineering, Natural Gas Pipelines in 2021. As of 2023, Akingbola holds the position of Vice President Operations at ONEOK.

James Taiwo Akingbola completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Oklahoma from 2003 to 2008.
