Justin Rainey has over a decade of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Supervisor of HR Shared Services and previously as a Senior Recruiter at ONEOK, a diversified energy company specializing in natural gas and liquids. Prior to ONEOK, Justin worked at Aerotek as a Professional Services Account Manager and Recruiter, employing recruiting and sales strategies to match qualified candidates with client positions across various industries. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion from Oklahoma State University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
