Rich Howard

Rich Howard is an experienced pipeline operator currently working at ONEOK since January 2025. Prior to this role, Rich held various positions at EnLink Midstream GP, LLC, and EnLink Midstream, serving as a pipeline operator and midstream plant operator from 2011 to early 2025. Additional experience includes a role as a plant operator at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP and Quicksilver Resources Inc. Rich's educational background includes an AOS degree in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy, along with studies at Hemet High School and Santa Barbara City College.
