Rick Bondy, ESQ is currently the Emergency Response and Security Program Manager at ONEOK. Previously, they served in similar roles at Magellan Midstream Partners from 2007 to 2023, where they designed and implemented crisis management and emergency response programs and coordinated responses to large-scale emergency events. Rick has a proven track record of developing compliance programs that enhance community safety and support critical business operations. They are actively involved in industry initiatives, co-chairing significant committees and maintaining a Secret Clearance. Rick is pursuing their legal education at The University of Tulsa College of Law.
