Ellie H. Jhun, PharmD, PhD has a diverse work experience in the field of pharmacogenomics and clinical pharmacology. Prior to their role at OneOme, Ellie worked as a Senior Clinical Scientist at OneOme from October 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining OneOme, Ellie worked at Base10 Genetics as a Lead Pharmacist from 2018 to 2020. In this role, they were the principal scientist for clinical decision support content development and managed the pharmacogenomics program.

Ellie's early work experience includes being a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Chicago Medicine from 2016 to 2018, where they underwent training in the Committee on Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacogenomics program. Their responsibilities included critically appraising pharmacogenetics literature, developing clinical decision supports, and analyzing perioperative cohorts for pharmacogenetics implementation.

Ellie H. began their career as a Pharmacometrics Intern at Takeda in 2014.

Ellie H. Jhun, PharmD, PhD completed their education at the University of Illinois Chicago. From 2005-2007, they pursued the Guaranteed Professional Program Admissions (GPPA) in Pharmacy. Later, they continued their studies from 2007-2016, earning a PharmD and PhD from the College of Pharmacy at the University of Illinois Chicago. In addition to their degrees, they obtained the certification in Applied Pharmacology from the AMERICAN BOARD OF CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY INC in July 2019.
