Barrett Hanks

Barrett Hanks has a diverse work experience in financial analysis and operations. Barrett currently works as a Senior Financial Analyst, Practice FP&A at OneOncology since November 2022. Prior to that, Barrett worked at Covenant Physician Partners from May 2021 to November 2022, where they held two roles. In their first role as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Operations, they provided financial oversight for 26 medical centers and presented financial results to practice leaders and corporate leadership. In their second role at Covenant Physician Partners as a Financial Analyst, FP&A, Barrett reviewed financial statements, developed forecasts, and provided financial reporting metrics to KKR, a private equity firm. Before joining Covenant Physician Partners, Barrett worked at Pfizer from July 2016 to May 2021. Barrett held various roles, including Business Analyst II, Gross to Net, and Business Analyst I, Gross to Net, where they managed stakeholder relationships, master data integrity, and payment of Medicaid rebates. Barrett also worked as a Business Analyst on a contracted basis for Pfizer.

Barrett Hanks attended Briarcrest Christian High School from 2007 to 2011. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Arkansas, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance Management/Investments. Barrett attended the University of Arkansas from 2011 to 2015.
