David Scrugham

David Scrugham has a diverse work experience that spans over three decades. David began their career at Service Merchandise as a Programmer/Analyst in 1990, where they identified operational issues and developed applications to resolve workflow issues. David also provided application support for the inventory control system and developed ad-hoc applications/reporting to aid users in daily operations. In 2002, Scrugham joined Tennessee Oncology as an Application Support Manager and Programmer/Analyst. David was responsible for software development and application support for various systems, including Practice Management, Electronic Medical Records, and Human Resources and Accounting. David provided recommendations and implementation solutions for complex business operations and transformed data stores to support executive decision making. David also provided application support for various systems, including the EMR, PMS, LIS, and Human Resources/Accounting ERP systems. In 2019, Scrugham joined OneOncology as a Senior Manager, Technical Applications, where they continue to contribute their expertise in technical applications.

David Scrugham attended Thomas Edison State University from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained an Associate of Science - AS degree in Computer Science.
