Keighly Daak has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They are currently working at OneOncology as a Physician & APP Recruiter, a role they started in July 2023. Prior to this, Keighly worked at OneOncology as a Recruitment Operations Specialist from February 2022 to July 2023.

Before joining OneOncology, Keighly worked at CVS Health as an Operations Manager from August 2021 to December 2021. In this role, they led and effectively managed store crew members, assigned tasks, and communicated information to the team in a timely manner. They also worked as a Retail Management Intern at CVS Health from March 2021 to August 2021, where they supported the store's management team, promoted CVS values and policies, and executed merchandising strategies to drive sales growth.

From August 2018 to June 2021, Keighly worked at Bethel University as a BUILD Housing Mentor, focusing on academic development within the university's BUILD program. This program specializes in the development of academics, social skills, independent living, and employment. Additionally, Keighly served as a Teaching Assistant at Bethel University from September 2019 to January 2020.

Prior to their time at Bethel University, Keighly worked at Target as a Closing Expert from November 2015 to August 2020.

Keighly Daak, CPRP, completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Bethel University, where they attended from 2017 to 2021. Keighly also had the opportunity to study abroad at Griffith University in 2020 as part of their undergraduate program. Prior to their university studies, Keighly obtained their high school diploma from Buffalo Lake Hector Stewart High School, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their academic achievements, Keighly has obtained various certifications. In 2019, they earned certifications as a Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Most recently, in March 2023, they obtained the Certified Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) certification from the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment.
