Gilles Latouche

Gilles Latouche is an experienced executive with a robust background in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. As CEO of OnePark since January 2014, Gilles has been leading the company with strategic oversight. Prior to this role, Gilles served as Vice President of M&A at the Royal Bank of Scotland from December 2007 to January 2014, where responsibilities included the origination and execution of M&A transactions. Gilles also held positions as an Associate in M&A at ABN AMRO Corporate Finance and in Credit Structuring at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., contributing to the structuring of debt-financed transactions. Gilles began the professional journey as a trainee at EADS and holds a Master in Strategy and Management of International Business from ESSEC Business School, along with a Section Internationale degree from Sciences Po Lyon.
