Guillem Albasanz

Guillem Albasanz has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. In 2011, they worked as a Hospitality Coordinator & International Host at BC Tours & Shipping. In 2012, they completed an internship at the Catalan Government Delegation to the United Kingdom, where they were responsible for cross-functional support, office and press communication, events organization and public policy analysis and design. In 2013, they worked as a Research Assistant at CIDOB, Barcelona Centre for International Affairs, where they participated in the elaboration of international reports and opinion articles, conducted background research and database analysis, and focused on European economic and political issues. In 2014, they worked as a Research Assistant at CRES-UPF, Centre for Research in Health and Economics, where they were responsible for participating in national and international research projects, database management and analysis, and the elaboration of external consulting documents. In 2015, they worked as a Junior Consultant at Epirus Consultoria en Serveis Sanitaris SL, where they were co-responsible for carrying tailored consultancy projects in health services, participated in the definition of project parameters and lifespan of stages, attended meetings with clients and stakeholders, and strategically executed projects to meet clients needs. In 2016, they worked as a Partnerships Manager at NoviCap, an online platform which allows Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to access the capital locked in their long-dated invoices. Finally, since 2017 they have been working as a Business Development at Onepark.

Guillem Albasanz obtained a BA in Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra between 2010 and 2014, majoring in Economics. Guillem also obtained a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from Universitat Pompeu Fabra between 2008 and 2012, majoring in Social Sciences. Additionally, they have obtained a Certificate in Advanced English from Cambridge English Language Assessment and a French B1 from Escuela Oficial de Idiomas de Barcelona-Drassanes.
