Lusmari Matute

Lusmari Matute is a seasoned real estate agent currently affiliated with eXp Realty since August 2023 and OnePath Realty, LLC. since April 2021, with previous experience at LUXE Properties LLC from October 2019 to February 2024. Prior to entering the real estate field, Lusmari held various engineering roles, including Project Manager at American Food Equipment, Staff Engineer at Universal Engineering Sciences, Inc., and Geotechnical Field Engineer at GCES Engineering Services LLC. Lusmari began career development with an internship as a Geotechnical Field Engineer at Ingenieros De Santis and gained early sales experience as a Sales Representative at Citi. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Geological/Geosciences Engineering from Universidad Central de Venezuela and an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from Instituto Universitario de Gerencia y Tecnología.
