Bastien Hullessen

Bastien Hullessen is currently the Chief Product Officer at Onepilot, where over 200 e-merchants outsource their customer care tickets. Bastien is also the Head of Product at HEC Paris and a Mentor at Clef de voûte. Additionally, Bastien serves as a Mentor at EDHEC Business School, a Founder at Atelier Loden, and was previously the Founder of Emma Lifestyle at Emma – The Sleep Company. With a background in product management and business administration, Bastien has held various leadership roles at companies such as Boxtal, Shiseido EMEA, Carrefour, and BNP Paribas. Bastien holds a Diplôme d'Ingénieur from Arts et Métiers ParisTech and a MSc in Management Général from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management.
