Account & Operations Manager at Onepilot

Raphaël Picandet has a diverse work experience. Raphaël started in 2013 as an intern at The Actors Theatre Workshop, where they organized theater programs for homeless children and managed "Open Mic" events. In 2015, they worked at Rivington as a Public Affairs Manager for a few months. Raphaël then joined the Federation of Plastics and Composites as a Project Manager, where they organized professional events, managed internal communications, and social media. In 2016, they worked as an Event Project Manager at Agence PWP, promoting spirits through event creation and production. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Commercial at NICE Colors & Sceneries, responsible for growing the client portfolio. Most recently, they joined Onepilot as an Account & Operations Manager, focusing on customer care outsourcing. Raphaël has contributed to the growth of e-merchants by providing 24/7 support to end-users.

Raphaël Picandet's education history begins with their completion of a Bachelor's degree in European Bachelor of Management and Development from Coventry University, a three-year program that they attended from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Sciences Politiques - Communication Politique at Université Paris Nanterre from 2014 to 2015. Afterwards, they attended ECS (European Communication School) from 2015 to 2016 to obtain a Master's degree in Communication globale. Finally, Raphaël completed their education at ISCOM from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Master's degree in Stratégie et création de l'événement.
