Lucy Heron, Assoc CIPD

Lucy Heron, Assoc CIPD has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lucy is currently working as a People & Talent Manager at OnePlan since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Operations Manager at UBIO from August 2020 to March 2022.

Lucy's previous roles include being an Office Manager at AdColony from June 2018 to June 2020, where they managed the operations of one of the largest mobile advertising platforms globally. Lucy also worked as an Operations Assistant at Group GTI from January 2017 to June 2018, where they provided recruitment solutions for graduate and school leaver careers.

In addition, Lucy took a maternity leave from October 2014 to December 2016. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Aspire, a recruitment agency specializing in the media and marketing communications industry, from March 2006 to October 2014. Lucy also has prior experience as a Sales Executive at Capital One from September 2003 to July 2005.

Lucy Heron, Assoc CIPD, began their education journey at John Taylor High School from 1995 to 2002. Lucy then pursued a degree in English with media and cultural studies at Nottingham Trent University, completing it between 2002 and 2005.

In 2019, Lucy obtained certification in Mental Health First Aid in the Work Place from St John Ambulance. Lucy furthered their education in 2020 by obtaining a certification in Xero Accounting and Bookkeeping from One Education.

Recently, from 2020 to 2022, Lucy attended Avado and focused on studying Level 5 CIPD Human Resource Management. As of July 2022, they obtained a NCFE Level 2 certificate in Equality and Diversity from the Learning Curve Group.
