Paul Foster founded OnePlan in 2019, which is a digital platform that allows event planners, suppliers, and hosts to collaborate in real-time to develop site plans. OnePlan is designed to automate event planning and management, solving critical challenges in the industry. Prior to this, they served as a Crowd Management Expert Tutor for INTERPOL from 2018 to 2021, where they developed course content and trained police officers from over 60 countries. Paul also worked as a Crowd Management Expert Advisor for the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy from 2018 to 2020, where they developed operational concepts and procedures for pedestrian movement during the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup. In addition, Paul Foster served as the Chief Operating Officer for FOAMHAND from 2015 to 2019, a Program Director for the City of Gold Coast from 2016 to 2017, and a Project Director for the Pyeongchang Organizing Committee for the 2018 Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games from 2017 to 2018. Paul has also held roles in crowd management and operations for the Organising Committee for the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games, ENGLAND RUGBY 2015 LIMITED, Surrey Heath Council, and the United Nations Office on Sport for Development and Peace.
Paul Foster attended the University of Wales, Cardiff from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a BSc (hons) 2:1 degree in Sports Development.
