Matthias Muehlbauer

Matthias Muehlbauer is a founding partner at OnePointFive, where actionable climate solutions are provided through advisory services and educational initiatives. With significant roles such as acting COO in the Yale Fellowship Accelerator Program and director of strategy and operations with impact investing experience, Matthias contributes to various organizations including Plug and Play Tech Center as a startup mentor and as a Climate Tech Fellow at On Deck. Additionally, Matthias serves as an executive committee chair for the Australia-Japan Youth Dialogue and has held mentorship positions with Cleantech Open Northeast and Drivers of Impact. Educational qualifications include a Master of Advanced Management from Yale University and an MBA in International Corporate Strategy from Hitotsubashi University.
