Silya Achat

Silya Achat is an experienced engineer specializing in aerospace systems modeling and simulation, currently working at ONERA - The French Aerospace Lab since March 2021, focusing on motion planning for autonomous robots. Prior experience includes mechanical conception and design of a delivery robot at Tactile Robots and participation in hyperspectral instrument development at Intraspec Technologies. Earlier roles involved a temporary position as a bank assistant at BNP Paribas and a workman internship at SERDI France. Silya holds a double master's degree in Advanced Robotics Systems from Sorbonne Université and a master's equivalent in Robotique from Polytech Sorbonne, along with a Scientific Baccalauréat degree in Physical Science from Lycée Marie Laurencin.
