Jeffrey Toewe

Jeffrey Toewe is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology, healthcare, and venture investments. Currently serving as a Board Advisor at OneRail and a consultant for startups at Binary Parcels Inc., Jeffrey also held the position of President | Digital at Allied Benefit Systems, overseeing the integration of Medxoom into the company after its acquisition. As the Founder and CEO of Medxoom, a healthcare identity and payments firm, Jeffrey led the company until its acquisition by Allied Benefit Systems. Additional experience includes roles at Athenian Venture Partners, Play2Pay, Inc., Verifone, DoubleBeam, Inmar, and M-Dot Network, with expertise spanning enterprise SaaS platforms, digital health, and mobile technology. Jeffrey holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Drexel University and completed coursework at MIT Sloan School of Management, focusing on economics and organizational design.
