Mike Perez

Mike Perez has extensive work experience, beginning in 1992 when they held the role of IVR Technical Consultant, Technology Specialist at CIGNA. In 1997, they moved to Intervoice as a Staff Engineer, Enterprise Systems Engineering. In 2001, they joined Intervoice Solutions from Convergys as a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Systems Engineering. From 2008 to 2022, they held various roles at Genesys, including Director, Solutions Consulting, Lead Solutions Engineer, Senior Principal Solutions Engineer, and Senior Director, Solutions Consulting & North America Vision Team. Mike currently holds the role of Lead Solutions Architect at OneReach.ai.

Mike Perez obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice & Law Administration/Computer Sciences from Western Connecticut State University between 1989 and 1992. In February 2022, they obtained a Genesys Cloud Certified Professional certification from Genesys.
