Olga Palamarchuk has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. From 2009-2010, they were an Insurance Consultant at OVB Vermögensberatung AG, and from 2010-2014 they were an Insurance Specialist at Oranta. From 2014-2016, they were an Economist at provision-making group at UkrSibbank, and from 2016-2020 they were a Senior Consultant and A. Manager at Deloitte, where they worked as a delivery/implementation specialist and business analyst. Currently, they are a Senior Engagement Manager at OneReach.ai, where they are a product owner, client facing manager, and manages multi-location/cross-country teams. Olga is also a Customer Solutions Developer and Delivery Manager, working with conversational AI and configuring knowledge base on NLU for WhatsApp and FB Messenger. Olga develops solutions for customers based on the OneReach platform.

Olga Palamarchuk holds a Master's degree in Systems and Methods of Decision Making from Kyiv National Economics University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Olga also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same university, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Before that, they attended Senior High School from 2000 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from SAS (SAS IFRS17 in May 2019), Luxoft (PL/SQL курсы Luxoft in September 2016), and the Мала академія наук України (МАН) (Моделювання в економіці за допомогою функцій поведінкових in April 2007).
