Chad Goodgion

Chad Goodgion has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Chad started their career in 2007 at Sprint Nextel, where they held roles such as Senior Program/Product Strategy Manager and Lead Product Owner. Chad then worked at AT&T as a Lead Product Owner before moving to CSID as Director of Product. After that, they worked at Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company as Director of Agile Delivery/Enterprise Agile Coach. Chad then joined Neudesic as Managing Consultant/Agile Engagement Manager and later as Director of Professional Services. From there, they moved to UST Global as Director, Agile Delivery/Enterprise Agile Coach. Chad then worked at AgileCraft (acquired by Atlassian) as a Senior Solutions Architect. Chad continued their career at Atlassian, where they held roles such as Senior Sales Engineer and Channel Go To Market Lead for Cloud, Enterprise. In their most recent role, they are Head of Partnerships, North America at ONES.com. Throughout their career, Chad has demonstrated skills in areas such as partnership management, sales engineering, agile coaching, and talent management.

Chad Goodgion has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University. Chad also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from American InterContinental University. Additionally, Chad has obtained several certifications including Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc., and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) from Scrum Alliance. Chad is also certified as a SAFe® 5 Certified Program Consultant by Scaled Agile, Inc.
