Peter Lawton

Peter Lawton, MBA, is an operations executive and transformational leader with extensive experience in the P&C insurance, insurtech, and TPA sectors both domestically and internationally. They have held various key positions, including Director Client Services at Sedgwick and Customer Success Manager at Shift Technology. Currently, they serve as Support Director at OneShield, where they lead customer support operations for a critical SaaS insurance platform. Peter also previously served as Director of Special Projects at Liberty Mutual Insurance, overseeing strategic initiatives within the organization. They earned their MBA from Northeastern University’s Graduate School of Business Administration.
