Rajat Shah

Rajat Shah is an experienced professional with a strong background in training, quality management, and customer experience. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Training & Quality at Junglee Games since April 2023, Rajat previously held the role of Senior Manager of Customer Experience at OLX Autos from August 2019 to April 2023. Earlier in the career, Rajat worked at Barclays as a Training Manager from November 2015 to August 2019 and as a Trainer at Barclays Shared Services from June 2008 to October 2015. Rajat holds an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, a Diploma in Training from the Indian Society for Training & Development, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, complemented by education at Lovely Public School from 1998 to 2003.
