Sarah Klaus

Sarah Klaus is a seasoned professional in early childhood education and program development, currently serving as a Senior Global Program Advisor and Interim Chief Program Officer at OneSky since February 2023. Sarah also holds the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor at Georgetown University Center for Child and Human Development and serves as an Expert Panelist for The Human Safety Net's Families Programme. With a long tenure at Open Society Foundations, spanning over three decades, Sarah has held various roles, including Senior Program Advisor and Director of the Early Childhood Program. Previous experience includes leadership positions at ISSA International Step by Step Association and the United States Information Agency. Sarah's academic credentials comprise a Doctor of Education in Early Childhood Education from IOE - UCL, a Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies from Brown University.
