Thea Copeland

Thea Copeland has extensive work experience in various roles within the marketing and sales fields. Thea currently holds the position of Vice President of Strategy at OneSource Distributors since February 2022. Additionally, they are an Adjunct Professor at Point Loma Nazarene University, starting in May 2022. Previously, Thea worked at Buckles-Smith Electric from 2010 to 2021, holding positions such as Vice President of Marketing, Director of Marketing, Marketing Manager, and Marketing Specialist. Thea started their career at Siemens Industry USA in 2005 as part of the Sales Development Program and subsequently held roles as Sales Engineer and Distributor Sales Specialist.

Thea Copeland holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, which they obtained between 1999 and 2005. Thea also earned an MBA in Business from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business between 2011 and 2014.
