Diana Rivera Serrano has extensive experience in human resources and customer service, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Customer Readiness Specialist at OneSource Virtual since October 2016, Diana partners with customers to ensure successful transitions to operations and manages readiness activities throughout project lifecycles.
