Jessica McAdams

Jessica McAdams has extensive experience in payroll, tax implementation, and office management, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Tax Readiness Team Lead at OneSource Virtual since October 2012, Jessica specializes in configuring company taxes and employee garnishments in Workday and MasterTax for new clients. Prior to this role, Jessica owned and managed McAdams Home Improvement, where responsibilities included customer communication and material procurement. Previous roles include Payroll/Garnishment Lead at Hewitt Associates, where processes were streamlined for clients in the oil and gas sector, and various positions at Staffmark and Adecco Staffing, focusing on payroll coordination and regional payroll management. Jessica holds a degree from McNeese State University and a high school diploma from Hackberry High School.
