Jim Hayes has over 20 years of experience in various roles, beginning with their position as a Principal at A. T. Kearney. There, they established and maintained an information repository, established internal benchmarks, and audited projects to ensure proper processes were followed. Jim then moved on to JP Morgan Chase, where they served as Senior Vice President of Deployment Services, managing a large team to deliver high-risk, major change initiatives. After that, they founded Hayes Consulting LLC, where they managed a large application development team and implemented a loan servicing system. Next, they worked at MANNATECH, INC as a Global Business Solutions Manager, overseeing application development projects and implementing process improvements. Currently, they are employed at OneSource Virtual as the Director of Workday Enterprise Solutions Architecture, where they develop and architects Workday solutions for various clients across industries.

Jim Hayes attended Oklahoma State University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting. Jim then continued their education at Oklahoma State University and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Operations Management. In addition to their academic achievements, Jim also holds certifications in Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and HCM - Workday from Workday.
