Billy Dunlap

Billy Dunlap is the Chief Tourism Development Officer at OneSpartanburg, Inc. and the owner of Dunlap Media, LLC, a multi-media company specializing in digital news delivery. With experience as the Director of Sports Tourism at VisitGreenvilleSC and the President/CEO at Visit York County, Dunlap also served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at SportsTech Solutions, where Billy developed officials management software for professional and collegiate conferences. Prior to this, Dunlap was the Program Director & CEO at Laurens Family YMCA. Billy attended Clemson University from 1987 to 1991.
