Aritra Ghosal

Aritra Ghosal is the Founder and CEO of OneStep Global, a specialized market entry firm based in India that provides market entry support, stakeholder engagement, and in-country representation for educational institutions globally. Prior to founding OneStep Global in February 2018, Aritra Ghosal served as a Senior Recruitment Adviser at Sannam S4 Group, supporting the National College of Ireland. Additional experience includes roles as Manager of Corporate Fundraising at CRY - Child Rights and You, Brand and Marketing Manager at Pearson, Group Executive of Strategy at ABP Group, and Associate positions at GE and CInsights. Aritra Ghosal holds a Master’s degree from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor's degree from Jadavpur University. High school education was completed at Ramakrishna Mission Residential College.
