Rachel Epstein

Rachel Epstein serves as the VP of Customer Success at OneStep, a software platform for motion analysis and digital physical therapy, since March 2023. Previously, Rachel held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Smore, where significant achievements included driving B2B sales from $0 to $5 million ARR, expanding B2C sales from $1 million to $6 million ARR, and enhancing customer retention rate from 70% to 95%. Rachel's career features a progression through various roles in customer support, sales, and marketing at Smore, such as VP of Marketing and Director of Sales and Business Development. Earlier professional experiences include program management at EcoMotion Israel and content management at Genome Compiler Corp. Rachel's educational background includes a B.S. in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Master’s Degree in Environmental Studies from Tel Aviv University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Universidad de Sevilla.
