Amy Van Sant

Amy Van Sant is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as a Senior Associate for Site Success at OneStudyTeam since June 2021. Amy has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, having worked as a Customer Success Consultant II at QGenda, where responsibilities included onboarding and training over 60 SaaS clients, managing customer relationships, and overseeing implementation processes. Prior to this, Amy held a Client Success Specialist role at Crisp Video Group, facilitating marketing campaign implementations for law firms. Additionally, Amy has been involved in youth sports as the Club Director and Head Coach for Atlanta Storm Beach Volleyball since 2014. A former Division I student-athlete at the University of South Florida, Amy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations.
