Shawn Riley

Shawn Riley has extensive experience in sales, client services, and operations. At OneSupport, Shawn has held multiple leadership roles, overseeing call center operations, managing a team of Technical Service Representatives, and handling technical support calls. Prior to that, Shawn worked as an Executive Recruiter in the commercial printing industry and as an Account Executive for the Houston Rockets. Shawn started their career as an Account Executive at Padgett Printing Corporation after graduating from The Ohio State University.
