Mathieu Privat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agency management, operational excellence, and strategic development within the service industry. Currently serving as Directeur d'agence at Onet since May 2020, Mathieu oversees a team of 400 employees and has successfully restructured agency operations, renegotiated contracts, and improved economic performance by over 30% in two years. Previously, Mathieu directed an agency in the industrial cleaning and transport sector, achieving significant improvements in performance metrics and leading local negotiations as President of the CSE. Prior to Onet, Mathieu held various roles at Colas Rail, where responsibilities included managing production and logistics for a large team and developing offers for major infrastructure projects. Education includes degrees from Centrale Nantes, Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, and INSEEC MSc, specializing in Business Unit Direction and Management.
