Shaina Lubliner

Shaina Lubliner is the Manager of Customer Success at OneTable. Shaina previously served as the Director of Jewish Student Life at Hillel at Georgia Tech from July 2020 to May 2022. In this role, they served as the main advisor to Hillel’s student leadership, executing two leadership retreats annually. Shaina also oversaw data gathering efforts through Little Green Light to shape engagement strategy to reach all 400 estimated Jewish students at Georgia Tech. Overall student engagement increased by over 25% in their first year (2020/21 vs. 2019/20).

Lubliner also co-managed organizational expense budget, supported Hillel’s core fundraising activities, and maintained key administrative contacts at a major research university. Shaina contributed to creation of promotional materials that reflected programmatic excellence and provided regular reporting to the CEO. Additionally, they built the vision and design for welcoming first year students to campus, overseeing First Year Students of Hillel mentorship program and a First-Year Leadership Committee of 15 members.

Shaina Lubliner attended Stamford High School before going on to study public policy studies and theater studies at Duke University. Shaina then studied at the University of Glasgow.
