Olivier is the Scientific Co-Founder of OneThree Biotech.

He is a professor at Weill Cornell Medicine, where he directs the Caryl and Israel Englander Institute for Precision Medicine, a translational institute that combines genomics and AI to personalize medicine and uncover mechanisms that cause disease.

He is also the Co-Director of the Institute for Computational Biomedicine and Associate Program Director of the Clinical and Translational Science Center. His group develops novel experimental and computational approaches for enhancing personalized medicine together with AI methods to bring drugs to patients faster.

He has published over 230 scientific papers and also co-founded Volastra Therapeutics to develop anti-metastasis therapies.
