Jessie Madunic has extensive experience in project management and business solutions, currently serving as the Project Management Team Lead and IT Business Solutions Analyst at OneTouchPoint since July 2018. As the Owner of Ideal Designs since January 2007, Jessie provides website design and management services to clients. Previous roles include Engagement Manager at SafeNet Consulting, where responsibilities included client collaboration, requirements gathering, and Agile project facilitation, and Process Improvement/Technical Product Liaison at PowerSports Network, focusing on streamlining processes and enhancing accuracy. Jessie also has a background in human resources from QPS Companies, where multiple promotions were achieved, and began a career at Suncoast Motion Pictures. Education was completed at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
